Meet Courtney!!
Courtney Seder joined the UWPC Team in 2022 as the Director of Finance and Administration.
Since 2013, Courtney has dedicated her career to working with nonprofits in a variety of roles including grant management, program development and management, fund development, and most recently administration and finance.
In her spare time, you can find Courtney in the gym coaching youth volleyball or out on Lake Pueblo enjoying the fresh air. Courtney holds a Master’s in Public Administration with a Certificate in Nonprofit Fund Development from University Colorado - Colorado Springs, where she was recognized at the Outstanding Student of the Year for her graduating class, as well as a Bachelor’s in Mathematics from Colorado State University of Pueblo.

If I had a Superpower, it would be to be able to clone myself.
If I were a pasta shape, I would be a ravioli because they are unassuming on the outside but can be full of surprises when you dig in.
If I entered a talent show, I would perform The NSYNC - Bye Bye Bye dance.
The most inspiring thing about my job is working in a "behind the scenes" type of role that allows me to see the quantitative impact that UWPC provides. Watching our team work tirelessly to deliver quality services is exciting, but in my position, I have to opportunity to put numbers to those services. It is inspiring to me to be able to take a step back and calculate the numerical impact that UWPC has within our community.
