Nonprofit LEAD Center Manager - Pueblo, CO 81003 :
- Scope of Position: The Nonprofit LEAD Center Manager has a pivotal role in facilitating collaboration across diverse stakeholders to achieve measurable, community-wide outcomes. This individual will lead efforts to secure and manage grant funding, build partnerships, and align resources to support nonprofit development activities and collective impact initiatives. The role requires a blend of project management, grant writing/grant management, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills to drive sustainable change. Nonprofit Capacity Building is UWPC’s newest pillar of focus, with the expansion of the Nonprofit LEAD Center. The purpose of this center is to serve as a central hub for convening, strategizing, collaborating, and increasing partnerships, innovation, and capacity for area nonprofit organizations. It will serve as a key resource for nonprofits and the people who work and volunteer with them. We believe that transformational change is possible by working closely with the community and key partners to address the community conditions that hold families back from success.
