Each month, we host a Community Resource Collaboration Session where organizations come together to share services, learn about new programs and opportunities, and coordinate support for complex or hard-to-serve cases.
Our resource database is built through this ongoing collaboration. Because programs and information change often, we rely on our partners to help keep it accurate and up to date. If you notice an error, would like to update existing information, or want to add a new resource, please use the options below.

Many organizations have already joined United Way Pueblo County on the Community Resource Hub. This referral platform is free for nonprofit organizations to use and allows partners to securely log in to make and receive referrals, track referral status, and communicate with other partner organizations.

We can connect people to services such as:

Services depend on eligibility and availability. Individuals may not qualify for services at all available organizations.
People can get referrals in the Community Resource Hub by completing a referral form on our website or with help from any of our partner organizations. Organizations receive the information provided on the referral form and will reach out to contact you about services.
No. Referrals in the Community Resource Hub are free for community members. All nonprofit organizations and partners can use the hub at no cost. Organizations that are not partners may also make free referrals through the hub for community members.
Yes. Your information is protected and only shared with organizations involved in helping you, with your consent.
